In cooperation with the Controller Institute an internal economic development initiative has been launched in 2011 and has been used successfully several times since then. Strategy- and performance competence in the course of the PALFINGER strategy should strengthen the management’s entrepreneurial skills and the networking of the individual entities in a targeted way. The trans-regional and cross-departmental cooperation of the participants promotes the holistic perspective of the course.
In October the final module has taken place. In this final module the individual project groups were able to present their findings to board members and further senior managers of the PALFINGER group. A computer-based business game was an integral part of the course. The team members experienced the outcomes and impacts of their decisions practically based on this simulation. The winners of the team have been determined after several exciting rounds of photo finish.
