This year’s sales conference for the EMEA region took place from 5 to 7 June. Under the slogan “Connected Together”, more than 100 sales professionals gathered in Salzburg to discover the latest products, services and solutions, network with people from different divisions, and share experiences and knowledge.
To promote cross-product networking and the transfer of know-how, the entire PALFINGER range, with all its product lines, was represented for the first time ever. This breadth and depth led to some truly inspiring exchanges among the partners in the interactive workshops, meetings and – in another first – market stalls. The latest product innovations and new digital solutions
In addition to a range of product innovations from all the different areas, some of which had already starred at bauma 2019, the main focus of the event was on developments trailblazing the way into a smart, digital future – from Smart Boom Control and instructable to Fleet Monitor and Smart Eye – a future in which the seamless interaction of products, solutions and services will prove crucial for their success, as emphasised in the welcoming address given by Executive Vice President Gerhard Sturm at the Imlauer Hotel Pitter in Salzburg. The visitors then headed to the PALFINGER site in Köstendorf, the main venue for the event, where they could enjoy everything on offer including the various stalls and Action Park. The new testing hall had been ceremonially inaugurated only the day before in the presence of local politicians and PALFINGER CEO Andreas Klauser. And finally, another highlight was the programme of supporting activities in the elegant environs of the Panzerhalle in Salzburg, which provided the perfect backdrop for the dealer awards ceremony.
