I am passionate about people! The contact with people allows me to develop myself constantly. Since I started my studies in Brazil, I already knew that HR would be my future job, because it is the field where it is possible to combine business issues with people. Naturally, any activities involving interaction with people and sports are part of my favorite leisure time.


My current position is Global HR Project Manager, in corporate HR, located in Bergheim, Austria. I am in charge of the planning, coordination, communication and monitoring of the implementation of global HR projects assigned to me

I studied psychology and business in Brazil. My 15 years of background in HR was built up in companies of industrial segment; One of Brazil’s largest communication groups (media conglomerate) and HR Consulting.

I am a member of the PALFINGER group since 2013: I started as a Head of HR and Legal in South America for two years (Madal Palfinger – Caxias do Sul, BR). In 2015, I joined the PALFINGER’s Exchange Program (three months) in PALFINGER HQ (Bergheim, Austria) running the HR project Talent Management. After that, I also assumed a position in Palfinger Marine regarding financial projects, which I worked for eight months.

Currently, as global HR Project Manager, I am back to my passion – HR – developing global HR projects and contributing to implement the PALFINGER HR strategy globally.


The successful execution of my job depends on several soft skills and attributes; Effective communication, team work and active listening are crucial for my job. To deal with people and teams requires the clear understanding that the existing differences between them allows to find creative and effectives tracks to achieve the best project results.

The diversity is the best “flavouring” to build up a successful work environment.


PALFINGER is an innovative company, that means that new ideas are always welcome to be considered and implemented. For me, this is the key of PALFINGER’s strength. I also would like to highlight the work life balance that PALFINGER offers to us. The HQ in Bergheim offers me many opportunities to improve my networking within the company, practice physical activities (PALfit) and work with excellent and respectful colleagues. Surely, the work atmosphere here supports me to further develop my job.


My best moment at PALFINGER was during my exchange program, when I was able to learn many different things regarding a new culture, new tasks, new people and it allowed me to face and develop a new version of myself.
