Open innovation, teamwork and a party atmosphere
On Wednesday 24 April, the time finally came to celebrate the opening of the new PALFINGER office in Vienna. That evening, a huge opening party was held at the weXelerate innovation and startup centre, an event that proved a real magnet for our partners in the startup scene.
The grand opening
The evening kicked off with the official opening of the office by our CEO Andreas Klauser, Claudia Witzemann (Managing Director, weXelerate) and Philipp Smole (Head of Corporate Incubator, PALFINGER 21st). Once the red ribbon had been cut, the guests could enjoy the relaxed atmosphere – complete with tasty finger food, background music and a photo booth to keep everyone happy and entertained. Anyone at the event wishing to discover more about PALFINGER had the opportunity to learn about our current digital solutions PALFINGER Connected and instructable as well as the new PALFINGER joint venture STRUCINSPECT . A virtual reality station and Pepper the robot also caused a great deal of excitement among the party guests.
