600 business enterprises were invited by the KURIER, the Ministry of Economic Affairs, the Austrian Economic Chamber and “Leitbetriebe Austria”. The Hermes.Wirtschafts.Preis was awarded in 8 categories: Service, Family business, Women-run enterprise, Trade, Industry, International company, Logistic and Tourism. In addition, an Entrepreneur price for the life’s work was awarded. The objective evaluation of the jury was influenced by excellent performance, sales, profit, equity and the development of employee numbers over the past three years.
