On Thursday, June 14th, 2018, the time had finally come. Our new CEO Andreas Klauser was introduced at the official Welcome Event at the Headquarters
of PALFINGER AG in Bergheim (AT).
Official part
The employees from Bergheim and colleagues from Kasern, Lengau, Elsbethen, Köstendorf and Ainring gathered in the auditorium of the headquarters in the afternoon of 14th June full of expectations

The opening was followed by short statements from the Palfinger family and the board of directors. Afterwards, the employees were presented with a homestory video showing Andreas Klauser from his personal side. After these “insights” a personal introduction to PALFINGER employees followed and a first insight into his future plans. The Palfinger family, the board of directors and Andreas Klauser jointly created the symbolic values puzzle of PALFINGER.
The official part of the event ended with the handover of individual gifts from the business areas and subsequent short videos of the area staff, as well as a presentation of our apprentices from Lengau.
Networking
Afterwards, all participants were invited to a relaxed get-together with snacks and drinks. The employees were able to take the opportunity to talk to Andreas Klauser personally. Trust was built and the basis for a common future was created.

Preparations
Employees from various departments worked hard on planning of the CEO Welcome Event. Only by this great cooperation an event like this could be possible and we would like to thank all the helpers and the organization team once again for their commitment.
